Enclosed are the new appendix 6 and general comments on the thursday morning
version of the revised submission.

Konstantin: You need to add the diagrams for section 6.1, page 40 and
section 6.2.2, page 47. Also, the diagrams that you send in your email "UML
models for HRAC"  have the PolicyEvaluatorList parameter to
combine_decisions() out of order. It should be the last parameter not the
first.

Hope to be able to join you in the friday conference call. My cold is
getting rather worse and I'm not sure I'll make it.
