Hi Bart,

Thanks for the careful read.

On the first two IDL changes you suggested ... Neither of these were
oversights or errors, so the suggestions will need to be discussed among
submitters.  We will capture your suggestions for consideration after the
initial submission (item 2 is already an open question).  At this point we
don't have time to get consensus on IDL changes and even if we could they
would ripple throught the document in pictures and descriptions so it's a
bit more than an editorial change.
