The submission looks very good. Here are my comments on the text:

p. 7, last paragraph: It should read "... a sequence of strings ..."

p. 7, last sentence of the paragraph under subtitle "Use of CORBA Security
credentials ...". I think the reason is not that it would violate CORBA
security, but because a locality constrained object can not be invoked from
outside of the capsule where that object exist. I suggest to remove the last
sentence at all. The last but one sentence looks sufficient to me in the
explanation why Credentials object is not passed.

p. 8: In the subtitle "An interface for defining access control rules ...",
word "Principle" should be replaced with "Principal"

p. 9: Under subtitle "How new CORBAmed ...". The sentence beginning with "The
appendix in Section 6" should read "The appendix in Section 6 of the response
provides ..."
