Carol and others,

You can definitely try Marriott. I should have mentioned that the list I've
sent is a list of hotels with which my company has corporate rate. I did not
compose the list, so I have no clue how those hotels were selected and by whom.

What I know is that should be not far at all from any of the places were are to
have meetings.
When you make reservations with those hotels, you need to mention that you are
visiting "Baptist Health Systems" You might get better rate in other hotels (or
might not, who knows).
