miami meeting hotel information

Hi,

Please find attached (in RTF) hotel information and rates. The meeting session,
at this point, are scheduled in different places each day. I'm working on
reserving a meeting room in one place for all three days. Nonetheless, all
hotels in the attached doc are relatedly close to the meeting locations,
although you will need a car or car pool. I'll be happy to give you a ride if
you end up being without a car.

Just to make sure that everyone is on the same page, the submitters meeting
will be in Miami on February 17, 18, and 19. I suggest that we plan for 3
sessions from 9AM to 5PM with a lunch break.

Let me know if you need more or other information. If anybody arrives to Miami
on Feb 16 and wants to have dining experience, please let me know and we will
reserve/arrange a visit to one of Miami restaurants.
