Hi COAS submitters, Please find attached text (in pdf, rtf, and doc) of the appendix on security for COAS submission. I've re-used similar appendix from PIDS. Besides other things, I've added a section on use of HRAC by COAS-compliant services. Since, I do not have the latest COAS IDL, I've not written anything about what required rights should be assigned to what COAS operations (this what PIDS appendix has). I do not think it's critical. If the COAS submitters do, I can do it later provided that I have semi-final COAS IDL. Regards Konstantin
