I'm not sure if I forwarded this message prior to the Helsinki meeting or
not...sorry about the delay...wading through the on-slaught of messages.

This came back in response to inviting the DICOM community (Nick Brown and
the CEN 251 crew) to participate in the COAS effort.

I leave it to the submitters to follow up, if further input is required.
