I will be unable to attend Helsinski. Our international travel has been cut in half.

At the Orlando meeting we discussed having a COAS submitters meeting in
Helsinky.  Peter Nicklin proposed that to help us better understand the
European information models they try to get their modelers to attend in
Helsinky.  This was well received by the submitters at the time.

Assuming the submitters are still interested in a Helsinky meeting we
need to set down the day(s) so people can make travel arrangements and I
can contact the OMG to reserve a room.  Actually I consider the
submitters meeting the most important reason to go to Helsinky. 
CORBAmed is meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday only (from the last I have
heard).  I would be willing to meet on Monday, Thursday, and/or Friday. 
Which day(s) would other submitters/contributors prefer?  Should it be
one day or more?
