[COAS-List] Use of TerminologyService in COAS

I was trying to compile the submitted IDL for the COAS response and
found that since it includes TerminologyServices.idl, I need to parse
that file, too.  However, Visibroker for Java 3.2 crashes with a
RunTimeParserException on the TerminologyServices.idl file.  Has anyone
else seen that problem, and if so, is there a fix for it?
