Carol, 

I understand your concern. I also would prefer to have more time before the
comment due date and the report due date. However, the June meeting is abroad
and I know that my company would not sponsor my trip. We can have either
somebody (i.e. not me) present the report during the June meeting in Norway or
wait till September 2000 meeting, provided that it will be in North America.

Any opinions?
