I do not think that it is realistic to have this small a time period
between the close of comments and the FTF report delivery.   If people wait
til the last minute to put in issues this forces a very short resolution
timeframe (plus the preparation of the report itself).  

I think you must either back up the date for comments or move forward the
date for the FTF report to 3 weeks before the June meeting.   I think
moving the FTF deadline to May is more appropriate.
