RAD specification passes AB

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that the Resource Access Decision(RAD)
specification passed CORBAmed and the Architecture Board at the OMG meeting
in Tokyo.
  
The document numbers (as recommended for adoption/voted) are:
corbamed/99-03-02 with errata 99-04-02 (represented as corbamed/99-04-04)
with errata 99-05-03.  

On behalf of the submitters, I'd like to thank all the people who worked
with the submitters to produce this specification.   We owe a special
thanks to John Barkley of NIST who attended several submitter meetings and
provided detailed reviews of the drafts of the specification.

P.S. For those anxious about news of COAS - I won't steal Tom's thunder
except to say that this was a very good / productive meeting of CORBAMed -
congrats.  :-)
