RAD submission passes CORBAMed

As info,

The RAD submission made it through the CORBAMed vote easily this morning.  
There were 4 ab members present in person for the submission review and the
vote. So far from the canvassing I've done I don't know of any reason why
this won't make it through the AB on Thursday and on to the DTF on Friday.
I'm not sure of the exact count but there were 0 no votes and only one
abstain (Data Access).

We've had pretty good attendance at the sessions.  Probably 9-10 Japanese
new attendees and a small core group of "regulars"
