[Initial Submission] A friendly reminder

Hello from your editor!

Just a reminder that the last submitters meeting minutes included this nice
line:
>
>Schedule: need drafts of all sections by 2 October 1998

Just to prove I don't ask without doing my share, attached you'll find a
formatted copy of the current draft submission. In that submission you'll
find the context for what you offered to write and the TOC has assignments
in it for quick reference.

I did a good bit of the mandatory requirements discussion as I was trying
to figure out if the idl actually meets them... the only one I though I was
weak in was the category (I took some of the structure out of a resource
name and I think it might should go back in).

Assignments from the minutes:

October 2 is Friday. I'll be in the office through October 1st, but out on
the 2nd and 5th. I'll be in Austin for the submitter meeting on the 6th
and 7th.
Looking forward to seeing a lot of words showing up on the list in the next
couple of days!!!

Plain text and/or word docs are fine. I'll stick it in the right place in
the doc.

Carol

P.S. I found a few IDL problems while building the doc (some I fixed, some
I just noted). And I need to start looking at exceptions... I guess it'll
be next week before we know if the IDL is solid enough to start adding
exceptions? Anyone else want to comment on (at least) my in scope/out of
scope decisions?
