To answer Juggy's question (briefly)...  the list I gave is an example
which is stated in the rfp for clarity.  The submission allows the
definition of "operations" for a secured resource.   Whether we standarize
the string for common ones is something that is to be determined, but
certainly this isn't an exhaustive list nor one applicable to all
resources.  We should capture that as an issue and decide *after* the
initial submission.
