[COAS-List] latest COAS IDL at Protocol site

y'all,

the latest COAS IDL is available at 

http://www.protocol.com/engineering/corbamed/coas/incoming/coasIDLv8.0.zip

these files reflect the following changes:

* timestamp redefinition
* file name change DSObs*.idl --> DsObs*.idl
* removal of #ifdef for abbreviated files
* change of name and place for abbreviated-files: to folder
AbbreviatedIncludes,
	except for AbbreviatedCorba.idl
* name change (pluralization) to DsObservationValues.idl to match
	other pluralized names
* additional policies
* additional name convention example in DsObservationQualifiers.idl

submitters, in descriptive docs, please do a global search and replace:
	 DSObs --> DsObs 
and 
	ObservationValue --> ObservationValues // where name applies to file

comments please in 1 day for any changes to get in before deadline 8 Apr 99!
