Actually, the HRAC submitters changed the name of the response to "RAD" :).

On the similar note, I suggest to add one more conformance point. It is not
even a conformance point but a qualifier for the existing conformance points.
An implementation of COAS is compliant with this point if it is compliant with
any of the existing points AND it uses RAD according to section 9.8. Such
implementations will be called "bluh-bluh-bluh using RAD". For example
"Consumer COAS using RAD".
