[COAS-List] SNOMED DICOM Microglossary

On the conference call today I said I would try and get an electronic
copy of the SNOMED DICOM Microglassary. As far as I can tell it is not
available on the web but I did find references:

http://dumccss.mc.duke.edu/standards/HL7/sigs/image-management/im-home.html
	http://www.snomed.org/sdm/sdm.htm
	http://www.snomed.org/dicom

I think you might have to pay for it as you do other SNOMED coding
schemes. Not all is lost though since the LOINC codes are are used for
laboratory test results and clinical observations (vital signs, etc.)
and are FREE.

There is also a Duke page linking to many coding schemes:

There are 15,464 codes in the latest version (version K) of LOINC. I'm
not sure what to do with them now that we have them. One of their
comments said all codes are for "individual results, not orders
for tests that return more than one result". Does that mean they relate
to "Observations" in our new model where as the tests that return more
than one result is an "Event" in our new model? Running across the
other coding scheme pages I noticed that ICD-10 has both diagnostic
(ICD-10-CM) and procedure codes (ICD-10-PCS). Would the procedure codes
correspond to our "Event"? What would the diagnosis relate to in our
model- if anything?
