GREAT!!!  I hope we can start this on the first day of the meeting
(Friday) since there may be some people from Protocol that only attend
that day.

The model I put into UML was done so people could better understand the
current IDL in the submission.  The IDL itself is very much a first
draft too.  I see we have a large number of issues to resolve.  I will
try to put together my list of issues before the meeting.  I will also
try to put together a paper/presentation on the ideas that went into
access (search/retrieve) policies and notification registration.
