[COAS-List] COAS Revised Submission

The joint submission team to the Clinical Observations Access Service
(COAS) RFP has posted the latest revised submission on the OMG server. 
It is the same as the one posted on 24 August with some formating issues
fixed.

The submitters continue to work through issues in the RFP response and
request CORBAmed to vote in Seattle to extend the Revised Submission
Deadline.  The submitters request enough time to finish resolving many
issues as well as time to create prototypes to verify the semantics of
the specification.
