[COAS-List] New IDL Available

I have worked over the IDL Chuck and I crafted (threw together) in
Helsinki.  The IDL was changed to make sure it compiles and other
additions/changes:

	Some names were changed (e.g. Observation -> Clinical)

	Modified the main data object as per last week's call,

	Added subclasses for data elements (text, blob, measurement...)

	Added some types for the policies,

	Added asynchonous access (thanks Larry).

There are many other files (e.g. Cos*.idl) included in order to get
things to compile.  Since I don't have a compiler that handles Objects
By Value (OBV) I created a script that replaces values with interfaces. 
The actual files are Clinical*V.idl and the files with values replaced
by interface are Clinical*.idl.

The IDL is available in the 'idl2' subdirectory of:

	http://www.protocol.com/engineering/corbamed/coas/

I have organized the other information in subdirectories too.  Hopefully
they are self descriptive.


BTW, I am using OrbixWeb which is often more forgiving for IDL
problems.  Please report any problems you have and we can post the
fixes.
