One word of caution on the initial submission, it is very preliminary. 
We are open to additional Use Scenerios that should be considered or if
you have specific input on any topics.

I notice you are from the lab division of Bayer.  We also have
involvement by other organizations dealing with lab data (Sunquest and
HBOC lab).  Since I do not work with lab equipment or LIS's I don't know
if your expertise is in the same specific area as theirs or not.
