Woopsi, yes, I intended the message for the group.  This will be
discussed on Thursday, during CORBAmed's business meeting.  

I welcome the participation of the RAD submittors on the DHHS proposal.
 I will have a draft to review at next Thursday's session, to provide a
start for this activity.
