Chasing Proxies

Hi,

Just wanted you to know that I am in the process of chasing proxy votes for
RAD in Tokyo.  I am calling all the people on the voting list.  You can
avoid a phone call from me by 

replying to this mail with the following info:

a) that you (or your voting rep) will be in Tokyo and therefore carry your
own vote
b) that you have already provided a proxy to someone else
c) by sending a proxy to me via fax at 205-621-7459

Of course if you have any questions, please send them to the list or any of
the submitters directly.
