I would like to thank all who contributed to the second revised submission of
RAD.

Special thanks go to Bob Blakley for providing comments on the new IDL and
examining the matching algorithm, to Carol Burt for banging the submitters so
that we can comply with deadlines and for examining new IDL code as well as
catching important typos in the ready-to-go text of the submission, and to John
Barkley for providing comments on the text of earlier revision, some of which
were incorporated into this version. I'm sure I forgot to thank several other
people.

Now, I want to wish all the luck to Carol when she will be representing the
submission team in Tokyo, where hopefully DTC will vote on adopting it as a
spec.

Thank you to all who has been contributing to this submission.
