RE: HRAC Submitters

We are committed to bringing this to the marketplace. The only reason I
suggested the
change is our contribution to this spec to date has been minimal at best
:-). I have no problems to leaving the name on the submitters list - but
felt it might be unfair to people who had put in the
efforts on the spec.
