some notes from HRAC submitters meeting on January 10

Hi,

Please find attached some notes from 
HRAC submitters meeting. They are
incomplete though. The only 2 agenda items we did that time are:
- Going through the list of issues and either deciding to close the easiest of
them, or assigning somebody to work on resolutions (see earlier posted list of
outstanding issues).
- Observing and discussing HRAC prototype from 2AB.

If anyone remembers any other accomplishments or worth recording details of the
meeting feel free to complement this message.

P.S. Next meeting of supporters and submitters is on February 17, 18, 19 in
Miami.
