reminder: HRAC submitters meeting this sunday

As it was decided at the last submitters meeting in November, we are meeting
this Sunday (1/10) all day in the meeting hotel. Room # will be announced
later.

The main objective of the meeting is to outline changes to the spec for its
revised submission.
