short submitters meeting in Burlingame

According to my calendar records, HRAC submitters are going to have a meeting
on Tuesday right after the presentation. I would think we will be all kind of
burned out after the discussion. Instead, I'm suggesting to have a short (1
hour) meeting of HRAC submitters on Thursday at 6PM to go through out future
plans and to discuss Tuesday presentation feedback and results. In this way, we
will have time (from Tuesday to Thursday) to digest the presentation results.

We need to make plans for submitters meetings for the next 2-3 months.

Any thoughts on this account? Is everyone, who will be on Tuesday, will be in
Burlingame on Thursday night?
