minutes: Submitters meeting in Austin, October 6,7/1998

Participants:

The main subject of the meeting was the object model and interaction
model defined by the interfaces proposed in the initial submission.

We spent 
- first day on working out a the models, 
- morning of the second day on refining them, and 
- the afternoon of last day on closing issues in the issues list as well
refining the TOC for the submission text and identifying changes in the
assigned action items.

The results of the meeting are:
1. Hopefully final version of the interfaces in IDL for the initial
submission
2. Object interaction diagram for run-time entities of the interfaces
3. Updated list of issues
4. Due date for the submission text sections is October 12
5. Deletion of some sections of the submission.
6. Re-assignment of some sections in the submission due to the fact that
only those who attended the meeting have chance to create design model
and explain in written English.
7. Submission team will have 2 conference calls with the following
information:

8. Discovery that French restaurants can be in the form of a cafeteria
