Due to the fact that Security RTF is scheduled to meet on Monday after 5PM and
HRAC submitters meeting is also scheduled this time, I propose to move HRAC
submitters meeting from Monday to Tuesday, the same time.

If we do it, then HRAC submitters meeting will be Tuesday and Thursday from 5PM
to 8PM.

Thoughts?
