Re: reminder: Submitters meetings during the next week

Hi Konstantin,

I guess I best insert a bit of "OMG process" control here.  Technically a
submitter meeting isn't an OMG meeting at all (even though it might be held
concurrent with "OMG" meetings). Submitters do what they do (and invite who
they wish) outside the OMG process.  For this reason, OMG staff should not
be asked to provide a room(except as a courtesy to the submitters as
liasion to the hotel if we are willing to step up and pay the rent), nor
should the meeting appear on the agenda.   I suspect that we can find an
unused room to "borrow" if we pick a public meeting place. :-)  If the room
remains on the agenda and OMG notices it is a submitter meeting, we may be
getting an unexpected bill... this isn't because they are being cheap...
there is a process (legal and otherwise) OMG has to follow consistently.
As for the slot on the agenda, I think we should ask Cheryl to remove it...
and we should publish out meeting information on the list :-)
