Hi Juggy,

Thanks for taking the time to give me some examples to work with.  I'm
headed off on vacation until the 9th and then to COMDEX and then OMG... but
I will definitely try to get thru this before the OMG meeting and post a
reply.  

I've very glad that we have a member of the submitter team who is working
on the COAS submission; I've not followed that work closely and it is
important to make sure we understand how observations will be secured.  

I know that it is work in progress, but I was wondering if there is a
"latest draft" of the COAS submission that I might use as a reference when
I'm working thru your example.
