Hi, I'm not sure if I'll make the call, but Bob (Burt) of 2AB who was at the Helsinki meeting will be planning to join for the first hour. Bob isn't yet on the mail list, but I asked him to scan the archives and the issues list and he prepared the following key issues and proposals which we think are critical to resolving if we are to move forward with a joint proposal by the initial submission date of Oct 19th.
