I (and I presume all COAS submitters) agree too.  As I pointed out in
the last email COAS does have the ability to represent structure.  We
discussed the relationship to XML on Monday's conference call.  I see
DTDs as a possible mechanism to define the strucure of observations.  I
believe in CORBAmed (and specifically in COAS) we will not be defining
many of these structures but instead leaving that to other standards
bodies (e.g. HL7, DICOM, CEN, etc.).  It is important that COAS will be
consistent with (can utilize) their strucures.
