A phone line has been reserved for the COAS Submission Team for 1100-1300
EDT (that's 0800-1000 PDT) for tomorrow, September 23rd.

The number to phone into is (734) 647-2802.  This is a "meet-me"
conference line, your number will be charged for a call.  An unlimited
number of participants can use the line.
